SCAM Called said they were from O2 and were offering 50% discount on my bill. I thought I would go along with it (I'm not with O2) because the longer they are on the phone to me, they aren't scamming someone else. Sent me through to the supervisor who said they would send me two text messages, one to put my details in and another with the discount code. We've received two calls from this number, both claiming to be Microsoft. They say my computer is being hacked. I thought it was probably a scam call so rang off .

Fraud. Left a voicemail with a robotic voice claiming to be an officer with the HMRC. Asked for a return call and threatened legal action if you or your solicitor doesn't contact them. Then wished a good day.
