London number doesn't exist!!! one of many out there

Fraud. Pretends to be from Carphone Warehouse! Don't give the time of day.

Didn't answer first time, then looked up number and was listed as safe, so answered second call. Is pre recorded advert for debt services, if you owe more than 5K they buy it from you for a lower interest supposedly. Have been called 4 times. Annoying and unwanted.

Definitely anyoption, if you have installed this app and created an account, you more than likely have received a call from this number.

This is a Scam number! I was having an error to install Microsoft office then was directed to this number. They invited me to a remote system. Later I doubted them asking to stop their support. They just locked me out off my computer.

Received an automated call from this number purporting to represent my credit card (no name mentioned, no bank name mentioned) saying that it had been used twice, once on Amazon, and for a foreign currency transaction. Press 1 for security, 2 for customer services. SUSPECT FRAUD!!

Definitely a call center, not native English speaker from something called Global Investment. Would think it is a scam. Have never heard of them or solicited information.

SCAMI had a phone call from 0800 4643050 saying they were from Nationwide, using my name, calling me about potential fraudulent activity on an account. They were very good, very believable, and spend about 30min going through possible fraudulent transactions before asking me for any personal information. When they did I said I wanted to ring through independently to ensure it wasn't a scam. They said I could google the number and see it was a genuine number. Woman wouldn't stop talking, trying to sell me something about 'saving energy', finally got her to shut up by saying I was at work and couldn't take call, she then hung up on me! Number blocked!

Fraud pretending to be bank security stating that someone is trying to use my credit card and asking me to press 1. Put the phone down and call block the number. Somehow they are using what sounds like the same voice as my bank system.

Fraud Automated voice claiming to be authority (not identified) suspending the National Insurance number and all assets due to "serious irregularities" - then to press 1 to contact an "officer". Pretty obvious phishing exercise. This number followed a previous call from 07766134015 (also reported) - obviously working in tandem from same area of Whalley, NE of Blackburn, England.
