called to renew my autoprotect policy. i declined and asked them not to phone again. they continue to phone me.
Called me, didn't answer, no message left, called back and the number doesn't exist, how is this even possible
SPAM. The caller asked how I was enjoying my boiler and central heating. I didn’t give her any chance to enter into a sales patter but just told her that I already had a local plumber and that any thoughts of selling me of her wares was destined for failure. Surprisingly the young Scottish lady crumbled and accepted her lot!

Indian accent man named Kevin said he was calling from Microsoft as there is a problem with my computer. I told him that I knew this to be a scam phone call.Eventually he hung up but within seconds called me back. This time the number came up as unavailable. Think this was a scam, it took a while to connect and then went through to a call centre. I asked who it was and then it hung up.
I answered but didn t speak, as the sound is what triggers the robot usually - if it is a real person they will speak first. they hung up.
