If you speak, the line is detected as 'a voice line' and will be logged, a scammer will then call you later! Someone with a thick non-UK accent claiming to be O2 and offering to reduce my monthly bills by 20%. They had no idea how much I am paying monthly. It’s an obvious scam call.

Tried to call back but not recognised. Defo spam or some such.
It's a scam - someone claimed they are calling from O2 Chinese Customer Service center - they even know my personal details (e.g. name, number, email) and say I am involved with sending spamming text so need to file a record with chinese police. They gave me lots of details to verify their identity that makes them trustworthy. However, I reconfirmed with O2 that this is not their CS number - so it's only a spam call. Beware!
SCAM. Rang back and someone with an Asian accent answered my call identifying themselves with an English first name and a surname. I asked what is the nature of the call and they said it is about some kind of TRADING. I told the Asian sounding person to pimp out their family members rather than conning people.
