This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Just received a call from this number, I answered, there was silence and then after a few second a beep followed by a robotic lady saying "Goodbye" I had received a missed call from this number a few times so this time I stupidly decided to call it back - not a normal ring tone for London/UK number.
