Abusive cold caller
Fraud: Played recorded message claiming there is a tax fraud case with Customs & Revenue against my name: at this point I hung up and checked the number on the web. It is a Bolton area code; no reports about the number previously (which probably means it's a disposable number).
As far as I can see it belongs to Thames Water, I rang them earlier so it makes sense.
