Rang my mobile twice,missed first call and tried to call them back ......no such number ???.....next day ,they hung up when I answered!

"Mark from Windows Support" called me to tell me that my computer had been attacked by a virus. I was pretty sure at that point, because most of the time it is up to you to call the company if you have a problem with your computer and not the other way around. Anyhow, I figured I play along to see where this is going and they told me to click Start - run - cmd and then to type in a code that would give them access to my computer.
