Question of whether there has been fraud on my account remains unsolved - l was unable to give the exact year that l opened my account - approx 40 years ago - and so failed my telephone security check . First call. I can t find them on companies house. Was a survey about a recent RTA then they can close my claim down. He was adiment it wasn t a nuisance call. I asked him who my insurer was. Fishing trip! He asked to speak to Mrs Sims (not my name) and when I asked what the call was regarding he claimed to be calling from the Department of Work !!!!! Apparently according to the system I have worked in a factory. Asked which system and received the reply the work system !! These people don t like to be questioned to any great extent as it exposes the holes in their ridiculous stories. Called the number back and it s a call centre that doesn t receive incoming calls.

Fraud caller said his name was Brian and he worked for Microsoft and based in Reading. Told me that I had down loaded illegal material on my computer, to log on and he would clear it. when I declined he threatened me by "blocking" my internet access. I suggested he do that and I would call him back to be reconnected. He hung up!
