Received call apparently from a bot at Santander, on a mobile number I had given them. It appeared to know my name & day/month of birth, and details of two recent transactions I made on the account. It asked for only very limited information (year of birth) and confirmation that the transactions were genuine (they were). So, probably OK.

They call regularly. i don't answer. Watch out people, scams over the phone do exist and they can give you a lot of headaches. All it takes is answering the call or just buy sayin the word YES and you could be opening a huger can of worms for yourself. T

Said yes as I am expecting one but I have ordered countless things from Amazon before and have never been called and asked if I am alright. Concerning especially in light of automated callers recording 'yes' to claim people agreed to services. Will see how it goes...
