Two calls received within 24 hours from male with Indian/Asian accent and female with American accent. Both told me that they had information that showed that I had had a no fault accident within the last 2 years. They were obviously reading from a script, refused to tell me where they had got my name, phone number or the accident information from. I told them what I thought of them and they hung up ! Ok - enough complaining already! How can we stop them in their tracks - have just had a six month run in with them.... Report them to the Legal Ombudsman & if you paid by credit card get your provider on to them... I got a partial refund because I did both! Even though I have come out of this without loosing I will not stop complaining until companies house removes them from their site or perhaps - even better - they are taken to court & have to pay back all the misguided folk who believed their spin!
