At 6.30 this evening we had a call from 01934425400 with nobody speaking when we answered the phone.
this number text me saying this is their new number and had lost contacts. They asked so send numbers of people we both knew. I stupidly thought it was my aunt Sue, and sent my mum, cousin and Nan s numbers. The following day i received a text asking if i am busy and if i could do them a favour and get them ?20 O2 top up by texting them the code. Apparently I applied for life insurance, even though what I suffer from life insurance can't cover. Never ACTUALLY even googled life insurance, simply talked to my partner as he's reaching his 50s in a few years. But this guy was persistent and insisted I applied, so I asked the name of his business and he couldn't answer. Google didn't even acknowledge the number. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR DETAILS IF YOU ANSWER BECAUSE IT WONT COME UP AS SPAM CALLER

Mega noisy background, clearly call center, did not introduce herself, wanted to share information about a company. told her not interested and not to call me again and ended the call.
Automated call - recorded message saying was from HMRC and to confirm it's me by pressing 1 otherwise a warrant would be issued and I'd be arrested soon. Ignored as HMRC wouldn't disclose any personal info without first confirming data protection and they wouldn't call on a mobile number either.

SCAM sounded like a genuine call from Virgin Media about internet problems. Said their server had been receiving errors from my hub. Suspicious when they started asking me what apps I ran on my phone. Even more suspicious when they wanted me to download remote control software so they 'could show me the problem ' Noticeable change in tone when I said I was an IT professional. Hung up the phone and called Virgin who confirmed they'd never ask someone to download software.
Constant calls from this number but no voicemail being left. After researching the internet, this is a prolific call centre claiming to be Orange offering mobile phone contracts. Orange/EE have no connection to this company!!

Fraud - belongs to a scammer called John Paul Jones. He asks you to pay money into monese account 25270814 sort code 23-69-72 in advance for building materials.
