Automated National insurance scam
cold callers for funeral plans calling themselves Sovereign Planning. Very rude and unapologetic.
Called from this number asking about my "Microsoft product" very agressive when I said I could not switch on my machine at this time. Very strong accent, difficult to understand. When I asked where they were calling from she just got cross and told me my laptop wouldn t work if I didn t switch it on now!

Automated Scottish female voice left a message quoting a reference number and telephone number to call back. The company was called Zinc, which I m assuming is a debt collection company or someone attempting to steal my personal information, seeing as I have no debt.

I got a call from this number this morning on answering A recorded message (american accent0 started the call saying that a legal writ has been placed on my name I should.... I cut the call and redialled the nr and when I engaged with the operator stating I wasn't pleased with bing subject to legal action the operator put the phone down on me. Also had calls from 0161 201 0040 ( Jubilee & Wilson Accounts Dept ). Typical pattern: "We called you x-months ago & you agreed to place advertising with us in a crime prevention booklet" & when I denied the call their first line was, "But we have recorded evidence" (great business approach to customer relationships & satisfaction!). I have requested a copy of the recording several times & they agreed to send it, but it never arrived. They have sent invoice; payment reminders; continuous phone calls
