She repeated that I had registered for financial trade. I stupidly thought it was my aunt Sue, and sent my mum, cousin and Nan s numbers. SCAM sounded like a genuine call from Virgin Media about internet problems. Said their server had been receiving errors from my hub. Suspicious when they started asking me what apps I ran on my phone. Even more suspicious when they wanted me to download remote control software so they 'could show me the problem ' Noticeable change in tone when I said I was an IT professional. Hung up the phone and called Virgin who confirmed they'd never ask someone to download software.

Received several calls from this number despite being registered with TPS. They continued to call me back wanting me to do a lifestyles survey, asking for personal information and saying they could save me from receiving unwanted calls. Oh the irony! Will be ignoring calls from this number in future.
