Called at 11am on a Sunday. Feck orfe. Complaint submitted - outside of posted working hours.

Very persistent, insistent that I had bank accounts which I had paid monthly fees on. Turned mildly aggressive when I refused to budge. They still call on a daily basis.

Phone call from these people. Smooth talking salesman told me name of the company and said they are doing surveys. I answered some questions about the property and then he said they are calling at 7 pm tomorrow to do a property survey and sit down with me and discuss options. I was alarmed and said I do not let strangers into my house. He was persistent so I put the phone down. I wonder if anyone ever agrees to the property survey. They might be genuine, but I reckon it is best not to chance it.

If you all listened to what they have to say and what they can do for you, you will realise you are being ripped off by BT and it is actually them that are untrustworthy.. Go on trust pilot and look at Onecom reviews compared to your special BT.... It will say it all.

Guy called up asking to speak to the purchasing manager about ink cartridges for the printer. Told him we are not interested and put the phone down

Phoned up, silence their end then they just hung up.....Which is what they should be! Looks like it is vanquis which I have NOTHING to do with.

This numbers called twice in same day. Talking in an accent. Sounded like a Pakistan or Indian accent. Could not make out what they said and I put phone down quickly
