Received a call from this number claiming to be Microsoft saying that they've detected a problem with my computer and asked if I can switch on my computer. I refused and challenged them; caller eventually put me onto their "supervisor" and he asked me if I understood the nature of this call from Microsoft today but I told him that I didn't believe he was and he said "OK then f**k off" and I replied "Likewise" and hung up. Received a call from 01156772574, they claimed to be from Virgin media and offered a contract renewal for a Samsung S23 unlimited texts/mins and internet all for £25/month. Jason Phillips called me from this number and then sent 2 email copy letters with Financial Ombudsman Service at top right of the letters, stating a big refund for my solar PV. He asked for covering payment upfront saying it is needed to cover costs of UK Law Associates before a refund could be arranged. I had no positive proof of who he was/is and declined the payment. I am perusing this through the ombudsman who is handling the case of mis-sold pv for me.

SCAM - 07846351184 - Supposed to be from my mobile provider - Very strong Indian Accent - Offering, free texts, calls and download for £12.00 monthly - Asked him that if he was from my provider, when did my contract run out and had to repeat that 3 times - he eventually answered saying July - I shouted WRONG at him and he disconnected.

Called and asked for very confidential information. I caught the scam and didnt give it to them. They are a danger to society and a threat to children. I am not free to reveal any more details but beware of this number.

Said he was a bailiff, knew all my information, I have an IVA so he said I still owe money and I said I will contact my IVA company and he said he will phone them and said the bailiffs to my door then hung up.

SCAM - caller claimed to be from British Gas wanting to book me in for a boiler service. She didn't ask for anyone here by name so I didn't engage, just ended the call & blocked the number. I rang British Gas using the genuine number from their website - they confirmed that no-one's called me today.

Scam Automated “From Amazon” call advising my account is about the be renewed for £79.99 Hung up as it’s clearly a fake/scam call.

Had 3 calls recently with the same recording from different numbers. They say they are from my bank, but don't say which one, big red flag. They say l have 2 unusual transactions, including from Amazon. No activity on accounts, obvious scam.
