Other similar sites reflect that this is a scammer - between 2 other sites I looked at, calls started from this number about 4 or so hours ago and the number has been searched almost 1,000 times!

23 Nov 2021 - Silence at first, then a click and background call centre noise. An Asian person then said "Hello Maam, it's "Jacks from Carphone Warehouse. How are you today?"
