Call from 01315169880, when I called the number was told it was Boots Optician and they new my name. Immediately offered to make an appointment for me, I declined. Today I called the number again answered Boots Opticians, I tried to make an appointment, asked for phone number, gave mobile number told it wasn't on the system, gave home number , not on system not on system! Fraud SCAM referred to a non-existing Amazon purchase for £400 and then stated that a new purchase for £959 may be fraudulent and to follow their instructions. Checked there was no purchase showing fro £959 and furthermore the caller ID not say which bank was involved!!

" I clicked the link anyway and the browser blocked it saying it was unsafe. Are the Russians trying to scam us now?

Spam. Was an automated message with threat that my internet is going to be disconnected. I have a BT line, so I put the phone down on it and then picked it up and waited for dial tone and then dialled 1572, which allowed me to block the last calling number. Not sure if that blocking facility works on other providers landlines. But worth a try. It's a neat facility.

I have had two phone calls today from this company First one stating that I owe a parking charge notice that was 60 Now stating its 175 Said if I paid 20 today and if I give my bank details that they would not issue any further court action I explained that I was sat with my mental health support worker at the time and he said he would call back When they phoned back I stated I was unable to make a payment the Scottish guy became very passive aggressive and told me that he would be taking further action and
