The blighters rang me again with their wretched recorded message telling me it was not too late to claim. I was under pressure, about to send an urgent email. I want to see these people prosecuted. If I thought I was entitled to a p.p.i. refund I would claim it myself, not pay some parasitic firm to do it for me and get half the money. These people are dangerous. They catch out innocent people.

My brother got a call from this number asking for a gas meter reading. He was not sure where the caller was from but a 1471 and internet search brought up this number as belonging to British Gas. However I am not with British Gas but with Southern Electric, for at least the last 6 years. I called Southern Electric who said they did not call for any reading and would not do so. They estimate readings and send someone over to check for themselves. Southern Electric have made a note of this number. I advis

None stop calls at all hours of the day looking for someone that does not live here. The caller does not listen and continues to call. If he does not stop I will use my "special set of skills" to find him.

Received a phone call from this number today citing consumer services and something about a refund due to an overpayment on a loan taken out within the last 12 years ( I haven t). I asked him for details on this loan and he questioned me back asking well haven t you? . I retorted back well you tell me since you re the one here calling me. He hung up. I call back and the same guy picks up and trys to pretend it was a colleague I had spoken to. He then hangs up again. Avoid this number people.

Don’t waste your breath talking to these people. Put the phone down on them immediately or if you are so minded, just tell them to **** off . . . they’ll get the idea.

Rang out before I reached phone. Don't recognise it. Don't know anyone in the area. Suspect a scam call.

The caller was a man with a foreign accent. He started to tell me he was calling about my computer but I decided it was a scam, told him I wasn t interested, hung up and blocked the number. Called to discuss an accident I had. Asked them for the details and they said they were calling to get the information from me to match their records and asked had I had an accident or not. Asked 5 times for them to confirm the details of the accident they had on file and they hung up.
