Automated Scottish female voice left a message quoting a reference number and telephone number to call back. The company was called Zinc, which I m assuming is a debt collection company or someone attempting to steal my personal information, seeing as I have no debt.

I am totally sick of this company ringing my house. Been going on for more than three years now and I am sick of asking them not to keep calling my house. Some times they call up to 6 times a day. They rang yesterday and then hung up before I got to phone. I rang 1471 and I have numerous problems with my arms and hands and pressed 3 by mistake and returned the call. Now I have been charged an extra ?7 pound on my bill for that call. Not happy.

Cold call advising me of an accident - I think they are randomly calling numbers using a Dialler system (Pause, Click then speak)I advised them that I did not have an Accident and asked how they got my mobile number - they hung-up. Rang offering 3 months free extra accidental injury cover before paying for Bronze, Silver or Gold policy extension. Had my birthdate. Offered to set this up on the phone,..told him to send me the info in the post and I d think about it. Sounded OK but not 100% sure.
