Glen Dimplex Cookers etc Customer Care Help Centre Its expensive so I wrote a letter to the Chief Operating Officer, Michael Maher, at the Glen Dimplex Head office in Dublin, complaining about the cost. Waiting for a response ! I may be barking at the wrong tree though as its my mobile phone company, Vodaphone, that is charging 45p/minute as an access charge, whilst Glen Dimplex is charging max 10p per minute.
