Phone number was local to my areas number, he had a foreign accent, speaking good English, and he asked who I was, not very politely, so I fired back at him who HE was. He wanted to know why I kept calling his number!? At that point I just hung up. I don't know if it's a bored student, or whatever, but I've had this twice this week. SCAM Called to tell me my internet was slow and they would fix it. They tried to send me to a website to fix it but when I asked if I could have a number to call them back to make sure they were legit they hung up.
