Silent call although there was noise from a television in the background. I invited the caller to speak who then cut the call. Number now added to my growing do not answer list.
Have rang numerous times and sent a letter chasing a debt with Virgin.
Caller from what sounded like a call centre not based in the UK claiming to be from virgin media telling me my connection speed was too low and I would need to give them access to my computer. I'm not stupid so I hung up!

A lady asked for my name, said she had recieved a missed call from my number. I told her she couldn't have because I hadn't made say calls. She said OK and ended the call.
