SPAM Continuously calling about my "life insurance policy". I answered twice saying i was happy with the 2 policies i had and the man became irritated and forceful. Im no idiot and i told them to remove my number and to not call again. I still keep getting 2 to 3 calls a day which i declined then blocked the number. I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. When subsequent callers have been asked the same question the line has 'dropped out' from the far end! Make your own decision!

Got a text from that number at 14:28 today stating: "Hey mum I've smashed my phone, please message me on this number 447706598765 urgently x I'm texting of a friends phone". I checked with my child and they said they never contacted me, therefore this must be a scam.
Missed call - Samsung identified it as potential scam and have no reason to have calls from Blackburn so ignored it.
Suspicious because the speaker sounded Indian or Asian and wanted to access my computer to ascertain its security. Said they were from TomTom but I felt very uneasy.
