Asked for the details of my life insurance policy and they said they were calling from the department. I said what company x3 and that I didn't have my details to hand. The lady was rude and unhelpful. I then had a man call me and I asked more and he explained they get numbers from insurance companies and try to research for cheaper insurance (which normally I would be interested in) but found it was a phishing call and they pester you so block this number!!!!

I didn't answer .. but out of curiosity I call the number back .. because my motor insurance company is in Manchester .. but when the call was answered I was not given the company name I was just told I would be put through to the next available agent .. who came on and asked if they could speak to me .. I did not reply .. and he said goodbye using my name .. this was an automated voice so they have your name and number saved .. therefore the number has now been blocked
