They called saying they he was Mark Wilson (strong asian accent) and that BT Opeanreach were currently working in the local exchange and that I would need to change my router settings. I said I was not in front of my router and I would need to call him back. He gave the following number 02032907867 and said I should ask for Mark Wilson’s extension. Some idiot asked for my Mum by name, when I asked why he wanted to speak with her he said she d been in a car accident and was due compensation. I pointed out that she died in 2009 and had never driven a car in her life! The only connection between my mum s name and my phone number is from when I dealt with her insurance company after she died.
