My wife received numerous calls from this number, caller insisted they were from Vodafone. We told the caller that we were not interested and he got very very aggressive , and refused to delete my wifes details from their database After this I did some digging and found out the caller is actually calling from a company called Webhelp TSC. SCAM. Insurance claim related scam. Claiming to be on behalf of Aviva. Rang from a similar number that I had blocked previously. Rang on Christmas Day on a special number that I have that noone knows about outside a small circle of family members (hence my answering thinking it was a Scottish family member - Glasgow number), so they must be getting number to call from EE direct as they asked for me by name. Worrying.

Insulation 5 or 6 calls all from 'your local energy advisor' even though we are fully insulated. Ah yes says he, but that's not the right sort of insulation! Put the phone down, but the calls keep coming. Very irritating. And we are ex-directory!
I ve been called daily by this number but I have a call blocker on my android phone called "Truecaller" (I am not a salesman) which filtered it straight away. It does have apps but is very effective for nuisance callers. Hope this helps.

They rang 2-4-23. Guy American accent sounded like radio phone (clever) said HE was from My Heritage . Offered me a"Deal" nearly£200 on 2 subs that were nearly due! If I lumped them together! I CAME OUT with all the jargon that's available if u check threads on my Family tree! CLEVER? DUH! By the time he was getting desperate it was down to £85! NO
Also had calls from 0161 201 0040 ( Jubilee & Wilson Accounts Dept ). Typical pattern: "We called you x-months ago & you agreed to place advertising with us in a crime prevention booklet" & when I denied the call their first line was, "But we have recorded evidence" (great business approach to customer relationships & satisfaction!). I have requested a copy of the recording several times & they agreed to send it, but it never arrived. They have sent invoice; payment reminders; continuous phone calls
