Call from heavily-accented female who told me I have lots of viruses and malware on my computer. I asked where she was from - Windows department(!) I pretended to be shocked and asked her how she could tell and she got me to open event viewer - which I did, to see the normal number of errors and warnings. She sat there while I pretended to delete them all, then tried to get me to connect to some very dodgy-sounding website, which I was not about to do, despite virus & malware checkers running in the backgr

Answered because it showed a mobile number. Same as other reports, caller asked me to confirm that I had been in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I said no, and asked to be removed form the mailing list and not called again. She hung up. Blocked.

Thank s for the comments - I was expecting a call and this number came up. Yawn these irritating pests just don t give up!

I answered the call after about 3 rings. They hung up as soon as i said Hello

Called my mobile after 6pm, asking me about my accident within the last 2.5yrs. Knew my name, hung up after I asked for my details to be removed.

Picked up the phone and an automated voice said "this is a message from....." there was a number but they said it so quickly I couldn t take it down. The message was "are you online for real?". No idea what it meant and I wasn t online at the time

I answered this number in November. No one spoke when I asked who it was and therefore I hung up. I am now getting a call from this number at least once a day, I just let it rin...

PPI claims company. I have never taken out a loan or a mortgage in my life so there is no way I could have a claim but they ring me twice a day regardless. Blocked now.

Life insurance cold caller from very loud call centre with welsh accent. Got my name horrifically wrong although it's a straight forward name and kept calling me 'love...

I had a miss call and I rang back just music so I hung up as I was scared it could of been a scam to get my details.

This number is the third of three different numbers that has called in the past few days pretending to be from Microsoft. They try to get into your PC. Beware.

some foreign idiot kept saying my telephone preferences were expiring and wanted the expiry date of my debit card - hung up. have been called 5 times since. if they ring again I will answer and tell them f**k off

I called the number and it is a PPI company searching for new clients..........

Caller "Niall" stated they had observed large amount of nuisance calls on my line, then tried to sell me a service for £60 upfront cost and £1.80 p/m to stop the calls. Tried to obtain my bank details at which point I hung up. Do Not Trust these dirtbags!!!
