Keeps phoning then no one speaks rings at least 4 times a day I?ve had to block the number

I need to know if these people are scammers I I answered the phone and the lady called and said that it is regarding an insurance taken out on a television Three years ago.

Male with indian accent said he was from BT, then asked whether I was a BT customer, after asking him why he was calling me, he rang off. In my opinion it was a scam call.

Knew my name and stated she was from the Travel group. She got no further. Number blocked.

Called and asked for me by firs name. Hung up once I confirmed and wont answer calls. lowest kind of wimp imaginable. Hello Ady Handley!!!

I dealt with a very transparent and honest Letting Agency and they told me that I DON T NEED Liability Policy when dealing with them. Just got my first one from this number this morning. Before I had chance to open they hung up. Glad I found some info before thinking about ringing them back. I don t know why the authorities don t ban people/companies who do this (i.e. dial and hang up so they will get paid by people trying to call back)
