Does relate to an account setup. It s a company relates to crypto and it s a courtesy call. Caller is actually in Cyprus not London Dodgy number but thanks BT for allowing such things legal but misleading. Call genuine.

Advised me that I had been contacted by phone and letter that I had not replied to. Given 18 days to respond before prise withdrawn. Claiming to be message from Santander saying a new payee had been set up and to click on the link to check. Has scam written all over it so reported it to 7726 to investigate.
Tried to say they were a company (could they catch what the company was after three attempts at asking. A yway as soon as the Asian man said "were running a promotion on your number".... well he got a mouth full and a polite goodbye hahaha
