Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I said im sorry this doesn t sound right to me...he got very irritated and told me to check the number it is a recognized BT number at a registered address. Didn t answer partly because have seen comments here but also because I never answer unknown numbers or numbers not in my contact list on first call. If someone genuinely wants to speak to me they will leave a voicemail. This number has rung many times and never leaves a message

Holly Baldwin, Silvershine Services called my mobile today, asking about the accident I had just had. Asked where she got my number she said Road Traffic Accident Department which obviously is twaddle, or there own internal RTA department. When pressed repeatedly about the department she put the phone down. Shame, I was just getting warmed up.

SCAM Sent text message claiming to be from Royal Mail saying that I had a parcel waiting for me at the depot but beforehand I had to pay a £2.70 fee via a hyperlink. Needless to say I didn't use the hyperlink as the text message was a scam.
