Three phone calls from this number. Heavy accent hard to understand. Claims to be doing an important energy survey and that number will be removed from list afterwards. Refused to give company name when asked and repeated it was important survey and they needed my gas/electric details. Becomes rude and aggressive when you ask questions.
Caller said she was from "Energy Advisors" and that they work alongside my energy supplier. I asked who was my enery supplier and she said "EDF". This was wrong. Asked why she was calling me she said she was acting on "a lead". I told her that this was completely untrue as she clearly didn't even know who was my energy supplier. Calls from number 01215257983 are a scam. The person pretends to be from B.T. and says there is a problem with your internet speed and wants you to run some tests on your laptop. Unfortunately for him my Internet Service Provider is not B.T. and I am also an electronics engineer, so when I started to ask him technical questions he became very, very, abusive and hung up. This number is now blocked on my phone and I would suggest others do so.

Date 16-12-19 10-40 am. Automated call said he was from BT. Wanted me 2 press button 1 to get technical help. Claimed my broadband would shut down. I did Not cll back as I could hav been charged money. Looks like a scam to me.
