The Inland Revenue wouldn't contact you that way about anything, much less something as serious as a fraud case. I'd say it's both annoying and potentially dangerous if anyone is fool enough to believe it.
Wanted to know about my accident but had no information regarding this presumed accident. Redialing the number, it is unobtainable.
