I realise from going on line to check the number that this is a particularly nasty scam. Before I was able to get home and check it out it really frightened me and I felt quite shocked and worried. Surely the Police can trace where this is coming from and

Had call from this number, ties in with a survey from Unison about their services, was prewarned by letter that they would be calling, survey was quick and staff very polite.
