Re below....untrustworthy!!! Claimed to be from EE, asked me if they were speaking to me by my name, I confirmed that they were speaking to the right person. Then they said “I’m going to hang up now” then hung up Reported to EE, they said they are a marketing company and are partners with EE as he checked it on the EE website. I had a marketing call from this number trying to sell me a new boiler. When I asked for their website the lady who introduced herself as Grace hung up.

Well, after a couple of days of peace and quiet from this number.. they ve started again, with a VENGEANCE! I have reported them to EVERYONE they can be reported too, and now, im on plan B! FYI if you re on "talktalk" you can set up "last caller barring" which allows you to block up to 10 numbers from ringing you :) and its FREE!! im in the process of setting this up now, and hopefully it will stop all this nonsense! Totally fed up with this company, receiving up to 4 calls a day. Even after speaking to a supervisor to have my number deleted, the calls keep coming!

Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!
