Call following my order of a fridge from AO. Started out by giving me a little bit of fairly useful information regarding the delivery, but the main purpose of the call was to upsell insurance. There s no need to answer this call.
Had an unsolictored call from this company a few days ago. Asking about a car accident, I asked the woman for her company name. She said "Richmond Knight Legal". She said she is looking into an accident that I was involved in, and that there is about £4000 set aside for me as I was the victim. Please log all such calls with the Claims Management Regulator on 0333 200 110, as they are building up cases against such harrasment companies. Another silent call. Already told this number to stop calling and that we are TPS registered. Said our number would be removed from their list but the calls have started again. Yet another complaint to be made in the hope that action will be taken.
