Beware Scammer and Hacker! Number used to replace my recovery phone on my Xiaomi account in an attempt to lock me out of my phone. Part of a larger problem where If I hadn't realised what was going on he could have potentially gotten into all my accounts locked me out of them too, then blackmailed me to release them. Seems to be involved in various types of phishing scams, E-mails/Whatsapp/ chatrooms etc. May go by the name of Sam.

Had a call today saying that they were a new company setting up in my local area and they already had a company in Leeds. Asked me if I drank water. Said no - he was surprised! Then said he didn t blame me. Asked if I would answer a few simple questions to be entered into a prize draw for a holiday. Depends whether you did insure your TV separately 3 years ago. Otherwise it s just a variation on the washing machine warranty / insurance scam.
when you change any of your details with your online banking app/account a code will be sent to you to confirm it was you who made the change/update to the telephone/mobile associated to your account not applying the code will discard any changes you have made a (trustworthy number)
