SCAM. Insurance claim related scam. Claiming to be on behalf of Aviva. Rang from a similar number that I had blocked previously. Rang on Christmas Day on a special number that I have that noone knows about outside a small circle of family members (hence my answering thinking it was a Scottish family member - Glasgow number), so they must be getting number to call from EE direct as they asked for me by name. Worrying.

Indian accent man named Kevin said he was calling from Microsoft as there is a problem with my computer. I told him that I knew this to be a scam phone call.Eventually he hung up but within seconds called me back. This time the number came up as unavailable. The person who has been harassing me for 2-years now is well spoken but with a potty mouth when challenged. Please keep on calling this number (it s free and you have nothing to lose).
