It was an Indian woman who told me I d won 10 free lucky dips for tonight s euro millions, she then went through my personal details, she knew my email, my address and phone number. Then it went on to a £39.99 lottery syndicate. She then told me she needed my bank name, then sort code to identify the branch. They called to say I had a minor accident in the last 2.5 years. When I asked what vehicle it was, they said they couldn t tell me because of data protection. I enjoy keeping them on the line while they waste their own time. Sometimes I tell them I m just getting the details and leave them hanging on. It stops them calling anyone else for a while until they get fed up.
