I think that it's about getting some passport or something like that. I'm from France so..I'm very careful 'bout this calling type. And it's not usual for me to receive such calling like that from London. I called them back but I just listened their greeting, that one hears before being able to join or speak to an operator. This greeting talks about "immigration tanner". I think that this is their "special" service. This not reassured me so I hung up my phone.

These are called Hillside Services, and are a DCA and tracing company. Sending unsolicited letters and making bogus calls pretending to be from ex- friends or on behalf of ex- friends wanting to reunite. Lots about them on internet forums.
