Indian call center claiming to be O2 and offering me a 30% discount but also asking me to verify that I'm the owner of the phone by text even though they called me. They also wanted me to tell them how much I was paying per month so that they could discount it, if they are from O2 then why would they not know how much I'm paying already? It's a scam, clearly. No matter how much he tried to persuade me otherwise.

Automated message in an American voice telling me to call back this number as it s the HMRC needing to speak with me about my accounts & if I don t I will need to speak to my solicitor as I m going to get a big fine if I don t. Do Not call back at any cost. It is a hoax.
They called me, and then didn't even say anything.

Call claiming to be from a court saying you have a last chance to respond or you will go before the magistrates and have your NI number suspended. Doesn't mention your name. Automated voice.
SCAM - Sent a text saying it was HSBC BANK: You have successfully paired a NEW DEVICE, if this was NOT you (Then it wants you to click on a link) - I'm not even with HSBC. Deleted and reported.

When I explained they were not in and asked if I could take a message, the caller sounded annoyed that the person he called for was not in, and then HE HUNG UP. . Cold caller? Telemarketer? this number has been calling me several times per day for around 2 weeks, when I answered it was a telemarketing company telling me I had been involved in an accident (I haven t) when I responded with "well you know more about this than I do" the caller hung up and didn t call again so I will definitely be using that tactic in the future
