Had a call from this number on my landline at 5:30pm on Wednesday 26th July. They called me pretending to be Windows support stating my ID had been compromised. They were very convincing. Got me to share laptop using Anydesk and also got me to run a WIN+r function. After they didnt call back as promised realized i had been scammed.

Maybe they are legit but they called me at gone 8pm just for a survey that could've been an email! They call quite often too, personally I just ignore them.

Called today. When i asked for name to be confirmed due to a strong accent the lady suddenly changed her name to Kate Brown. Very forceful to try to confirm my name. She used an old name so I said it wasn’t me. I said don’t call again and she said she would call again.

apparently from my bank re 2 fraud transactions on my account. never say which bank. i was supposed to click 1 or 2 depending on my answer, but walked away and left phone as I knew it was a scam. my banks never use a mobile number and would contact me via their apps or a landline which I recognise

First received a text while driving saying ‘Can I call you later?’ 50 mins later a phone call came. I didn’t pick up. Instead I then texted back: ‘Sorry don’t recognise yr number. Who is it?’ No further response to date. No idea if genuine new contact or an attempt at some scam
