SCAM Had a call from this number 8.45 Saturday morning. Started off saying calling from Virgin media and that my broadband connection was not working properly a d she was going to boost it. Then she tried the old scam of getting me to log on to my laptop or computer and pressing CTRL and windows keys. Fraud - rang and recorded message claiming I am involved in criminal case.
Sigma Advice company - recorded message asking if you have been involved in a car accident that wasn t your fault.
Call alleging to be from Amazon querying £799 charge to my account which was probably fictitious- request to press 1 - did not do so and rang off. Probably a scam.

guy rang saying he was from talktalk tech department and i had errors showing with computer. wanted to know what it was and to turn it on. i then hung up. is it a legit talktalk number?.
I don t answer calls that I don t know number. I logged this on my phone as DNA (do not answer) about 3 months ago. Called twice this evening. Obviously on a list.
Asian sounding guy, rabbiting at speed about who I was and telling me my details, barely caught a word, then says BT will call to save me money on my Telephone and Broadband, then hung up immediately, never asked was I interested in any possible savings, not even the basic pleasantries of asking how I was etc... Just quick fire rabbit rabbit rabbit, BT will call me, click, all I can say is, if this was anything to do with BT, they are now less likely to be getting my business than they were before.
