Tried to answer the call but noone on the other end of the phone.

Claimed to be paid by Microsoft, insisted I switch on my computer which supposedly had a virus. Resisted and argued when challenged, became abusive and continued to try to persuade me (but failed). Threatened to block my connection. I told him where to go and hung up. He called back three times in a different voice and got told again where to go! One of many scammers trying the same old gag. This number rang my mobile several times, didn t recognise number so have never answered. Very annoying. People who make these calls should respect themselves more. Grateful for comments of others and for this site, keep up the good work!

Asian telephoned my aging mother in law nearly every week about some sort of consumer survey. Would not identify himself or his company, admitted to calling from S.E.Asia.
