Called 3 times. Tried to call back but got a recorded message saying they didn't take incoming calls. Never heard of the company at all, and neither has google.
Fake Virgin Media call, said I was not with them and they switched to saying they were from Sky! Called 5 times one day and then a few more the next few days. Will see if they call again. All sounding like they were from India, bad English and grammar. Suspect it's a scam for getting your money.

Have had multiple different calls with the same message in Chinese, from different numbers in the last few days. Not the exact number listed here, but very similar. Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!

Direct Business Solutions (DBS). Called several times but don t seem to know about previous calls they have made. Perfectly polite but it s another sales call. Trying to get the best deal etc etc. Told them I wouldn t be using a broker once contract end with supplier but didn t stop them trying. Quite annoying. Have now blocked their number.

Last five days phoned and hung up usually early morning.
SCAM / FRAUD Message (as received): "O2: We were unable to process your latest payment. In order to avoid fees, please update your information via https://o2.uk.o2al.com/?o2=2" I did NOT click link and would advise anyone getting similar message not to either. I am not a customer of O2 so an obvious Phishing to random numbers. Note the link is NOT via the official "o2.co.uk" domain. BEWARE!!! P.S. To the guy who gave a positive review: cold calling private numbers is a major problem. Even If you did get a good deal on your insurance, these people have no right to be calling people randomly and trying to sell. It s an invasion of privacy, full stop.
