Fraud My phone identified the call as Potential Fraud so I didn't answer.

It's a scam - someone claimed they are calling from O2 Chinese Customer Service center - they even know my personal details (e.g. name, number, email) and say I am involved with sending spamming text so need to file a record with chinese police. They gave me lots of details to verify their identity that makes them trustworthy. However, I reconfirmed with O2 that this is not their CS number - so it's only a spam call. Beware!

SCAM Said they were O2. Very convincing. Sent an OTP, like a fool, I gave it to them. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. I’m a cautious type, but they fooled me

Called from this number 08.31 today - caller claimed to be from my bank and that there had been suspicious payments on my bank card. This was followed by the usual requests that I press numbers to confirm or reject these payments, I did neither just hung up and checked my bank information.

I cut her off & told her she was lying, that she wanted someone to check my insulation & that they would be trying to sell me "upgraded" insulation. There was a long silence so I hung up. Fraud Pretending to be from Sky technical department and that my router was giving me problems.. it was sometimes fast and sometimes slow, (aren’t they all ?) anyway, I told him I didn’t have a router, so he asked if I had a cell phone, I told him no, then the call ended.. probably trying to find someone else with a dodgy router. !

Some clown demanding to speak to an IT manager. Gave the name of someone who doesn't even work here ! Turned out he couldn't even phone the correct company. As if any sensible organization would pick up the phone to complete strangers enquiring about their IT systems ! Almost certainly some kind of scam. Number blocked.
