Automated message claiming to be from Amazon Prime about charging my renewal to a Visa credit card. Asked me to press 1 or 2 for customer services. I hung up and checked my Amazon account. My subscription doesn't expire until July and I don't have a Visa card registered with Amazon. Clearly a scam.

The bank would never phone u with an automated call and not identify themselves and ask u to press numbers like this. This is so they can get access to ur details. These people r TOTAL SCUM. Had a call from this number today. Automated voice message saying someone trying to use £800 from debit card for a gambling place in the USA. They said they was from the fraud team. It also said they were not letting that £800 to come off debit card until I had spoken to someone. It tells you to press 1 to speak to an agent. I didn't want to speak to anyone so I put the phone down. The Automated voice sounded very familiar. People please don't fall for this.

I don't know think its safe I got a virus in my phone for a while and aI thought my Fb might be hacked ! I just went into my settings no where my WhatsApp was ,my own number was there . But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . I thought I deleted FB and re installed and no we I installed the installed the latest soft ware Amazon is not recognizing me .I have to re log in everywhere . It's a right pain. Be careful ☺️
