I was stupid enough to try to return this call. Automated message didn t tell me who the company was and put me in a queue so I hung up.

I am confused by this. I recently received a call from this number about an annual service booking; the woman at the other end knew my name but wanted me to confirm my address and postcode, which I did. I agreed to a suggested date and time, and she tells me that I will be getting a call on the day to confirm. Answered the phone and the call was terminated. With TPS, so shouldn t receive such calls. Did a search on the number and found other aggrieved parties.

Gave all the pitch of being Department of work and pensions. Then asked to confirm my address which was 10 years out of date. I told them its wrong and DWP do not show this phone number. Phone went dead?. I just can t think what may have happened with their connection LOL
