Woman got very defensive and aggressive when a report to TPS (Telephone Preference Service). She did agree claims were liable to reduction for commission. Thetford number with northern accent. I AM complaining to TPS and anyone accepting complaints about deceptive worrying cold calling.

This number tried to FaceTime me, didn't answer as I didn't recognise the number, looked it up to see it who it was from, and seems to be another nuisance call. It was the FaceTime that completely threw me !
rubbish call asked if we had a boiler that was 5 years old , I replied ours was 4 years old changed their mind and said I could get a replacement boiler because the boiler was out of date , than asked if was on benefits. This is I am sure a Scam.

My daughter received missed calls and silent calls from the above company. This has really distressed her because she is not in school due to bullying and she thought they had got hold of her number. Don't know how these people got her number but I called them and a really nice guy removed her number immediately. This could have had serious repercussions if she had not told me. Why don't they check the age of the person first or leave out pay as you go numbers all together. Parents beware!
