Recorded message "bank alert" from bank "technical department" Usual same male voice used regularly for these scams from various numbers. Total pain and regarded as harrassment,. Thery obviously think folk are stupid enough to respond by pressing button 2 - which only atkes you to a premium rate line from which the scammers make money. Five star bad.

This number, an automated woman's voice, called my landline today and purported to be the bank saying that they're checking a £600 payment from my bank account to somewhere abroad. As my bank say they'd never phone me for details such as this caller was asking I suspected a scam and put the phone down straightaway. SCAM

This number called me today saying with an automated message that there was a fraudulent charge for a US gambling site and if I wanted to no more I was to press one. 100% SCAM DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS!!! The bank would never phone u with an automated call and not identify themselves and ask u to press numbers like this. This is so they can get access to ur details. These people r TOTAL SCUM. I made three calls to Damart sort out an order made through their website Only when I got my phone bill did I discover I had been charged over 25 for the calls to customer service This is totally unacceptable

Convincing Scam Call - Automated saying they are co-op bank fraud prevention - they knew my name but something didn't feel right, I hung up, checked my bank ac and all okay so I'm presuming this is a scam
