I have asked them three times to delete my contact details under the GDPR "right to be forgotten" and they simply get abusive. A man called to say he was from BT open reach and they had been getting security alerts about my IP address, which had been changed from private to public, so he would talk me through how to change it back on my computer. I told him to get a proper job and get lost.
